DMV Ace ("we", "us", "our") operates the DMV Ace mobile application ("the app"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information. By using the app, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information automatically:
- Device identifier — a unique ID assigned to your device, used for advertising and analytics purposes.
- Purchase history — records of any in-app purchases you make, used to manage and restore your subscription.
- App usage data — which modules you use, features you interact with, and test results (pass/fail), used to improve the app and serve relevant ads.
- Advertising data — ad interaction signals collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure advertisements.
- Crash and diagnostic data — technical error reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to identify and fix bugs.
We do NOT collect:
- Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
- Location data of any kind
- Contacts, photos, or any other device content
No account or registration is required to use the app.
3. How We Use Information
- To deliver and continuously improve the app experience
- To serve relevant advertisements via Google AdMob
- To process, verify, and restore in-app purchases via RevenueCat
- To diagnose crashes and fix technical issues
- To analyze usage patterns and prioritize new features
4. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services may receive data as part of delivering the app:
Apple Push Notification Service (APNS)
Purpose: Test date reminders and in-app push notifications (iOS)

5. Data Linked to You
The following data may be linked to your identity (as reported in the Apple App Store privacy nutrition label):

6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Crash and diagnostic data is retained for up to 90 days. Purchase records are retained as required by Apple App Store and Google Play policies and applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the app, please contact us at support@dmvaceapp.com and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may request deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us at support@dmvaceapp.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "last updated" date and notify you via an in-app notice where reasonably possible. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
